After You Transfer — Send Your Receipt
After completing your bank transfer, send us the payment receipt along with your trip name. We'll confirm your booking within 10 minutes during office hours (9am-6pm).
Please include your trip name and travel dates in your message.
Payment Policies
Deposit & Confirmation
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This covers permits, accommodation blocks, and staff scheduling. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and send written confirmation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance (80%) is due 30 days before departure. If you book within 30 days of your start date, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure — deposit forfeited only. 15–30 days — 50% of total cost. Fewer than 15 days — 100% of total cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Travel insurance that covers trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Card refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3–5 additional business days.
