Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. By paying a deposit you confirm acceptance of all terms below.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit and our written booking confirmation. Verbal or email enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. By paying the deposit you confirm that all members of your party have read and accepted these terms.
2. Payments
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. If booked within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately. We accept bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD), credit/debit card via secure link, and PayPal. Card payments incur a 2.5% processing fee.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees apply as follows: more than 30 days before departure — deposit only is forfeited; 15–30 days — 50% of total trip cost; fewer than 15 days — 100% of total trip cost. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation.
4. Liability
Adventure Everest Team acts as agent in arranging accommodation, transport, and services on your behalf. We are not liable for delays, injury, illness, loss of property, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, political unrest, strikes, or acts of nature.
5. Itinerary Alterations
We reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time for safety, weather, or logistical reasons. Alterations do not entitle clients to refunds unless the change materially affects the core nature of the trip. Where an alternative is offered and accepted, no refund is due for the original service.
6. Health & Fitness
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical health and fitness suitable for their chosen activity. You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements before booking. We reserve the right to remove any client from a trek if their condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
