Transparent Trek Pricing
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden costs. Every trek quote includes permits, accommodation, meals, and an experienced local guide — so you know exactly what you're paying for before you commit.
Exact per-person prices are listed on each trek's detail page, broken down by group size. We quote in USD for consistency. You can pay in USD or NPR at the Nepal Rastra Bank USD buying rate on the day.
How Group Pricing Works
The more people in your group, the lower the per-person cost. We offer four standard tiers — you'll see the exact USD price on every trek page.
Solo (1 pax)
Full private experience with a dedicated guide.
2–3 pax
Small-group rate — the most popular choice for couples and friends.
4–6 pax
Significant per-person savings with a shared guide and porter team.
7–10 pax
Best value — ideal for clubs, families, or corporate groups.

What Affects Your Price
Group Size
Larger groups share fixed costs (guide, permits, transport), reducing per-person price.
Season
Peak season (Mar–May, Sep–Nov) is standard pricing. Off-season treks often receive 10–15% discounts.
Trek Route
Remote or technical routes (e.g., Manaslu, Upper Mustang) cost more due to special permits and logistics.
Accommodation
Teahouse treks are more affordable; luxury lodges or camping add to the cost.
Add-Ons
Extra porters, internal flights, gear rental, and acclimatization nights are priced separately.
Custom Requests
Private vehicles, helicopter transfers, or extended itineraries are quoted individually.

Pricing FAQs
- What's included in the price?
- Every trek includes permits, accommodation, guide services, and airport transfers. Meals and extras vary — check each trek's detail page for the full breakdown.
- When do I pay?
- We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trek start date. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at confirmation.
- Can I pay in Nepali Rupees (NPR)?
- Yes. We quote in USD for consistency, but you can pay in NPR at the Nepal Rastra Bank USD buying rate on the day of payment. We also accept major credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies).
- Do prices change by season?
- Peak season (March–May and September–November) prices are as listed. Off-season treks (December–February, June–August) often receive a 10–15% discount depending on the route.
- Are tips included?
- Tips are not included in our prices. Tipping is customary in Nepal — we recommend $10–15 per day for your guide and $5–8 per day per porter, shared among trekkers in your group.
- What about travel insurance?
- Travel insurance with emergency helicopter evacuation coverage is mandatory for all our treks. We can recommend trusted providers, but the policy cost is not included in trek prices.
